I am a 25 plus year veteran USCG charter boat captain here in the New Smyrna Beach area specializing in light tackle saltwater fishing, renown wildlife photographer and marine eco tour sight seeing.
Located in New Smyrna Beach and Edgewater on the northern end of the Canaveral National Seashore and the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, 45 minutes east of Orlando, Kissimmee and Disney. Only minutes south of Daytona Beach and just north of Cocoa Beach.

We offer private personal guided Eco Sight Seeing Tours in the New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, Ponce Inlet and Oak Hill areas near the Canaveral National Seashore and the Merritt Island National Wildlife refuge. With over 25 years of professional charter boat experience. Expect to see exceptional landscapes, numerous species of birds, marine animals from manatee, dolphin to sea turtles and more. We can take up to 6 people at any given times. This is a year round event here with many options to explore. Great family fun for all ages! Only 45 Minutes from Orlando and Disney.

Oak Hill Florida is a gem of its own. It sets on the north end and borders the Canaveral National Seashore, the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and KSC or NASA. It is a small town known for the world famous Mosquito Lagoon and the first class backcountry light tackle fishing here.

Original Fishing and Boat Tour Guide in New Smyrna Beach!!! Best of Times!!
"Every year our kids and ourselves come to New Smyrna Beach to meet up before winter arrives. A final get together before the cold up north ruins us... LOL!! Now normally we (my son and I go tarpon fishing with Drew) we fish, this time we took the kids to see wildlife, manatees, dolphins and the area.
Now we have been to Crystal River a few times and thought this was great. Well were wrong. Yes, they have manatee there but no where close to what we saw here and apparently this are has year round.
Let me tell you this. This area has it all!!! Captain Drew not only year after year puts us on fish constantly, he now as we can say puts us on big ole fat manatee!!! LOL OMG my kids and family loved this!!! Just amazing!!
Drew is a well known local charter boat captain, as one of the OG fishing guides in this area for a very long time. Knows it very well, lives here. You want to fish, boat ride or a manatee tour, then look no where else. Trust me!!!"

Amazing Fishing and Amazing Wildlife!! A must do.
"Amazing!! Absolutely Amazing!!! This is all I can say!! We did a fishing trip with Drew last week and by far this was the best one ever!! We caught fish yes, but the wildlife we saw was amazing!!! The manatee were every where and Drew was so knowledgeable with them and the area. He knew what to do and how to do it. The amount of birds were just overwhelming. Same with the dolphin too. For us from Canada it was very impressive. Thanks!!"

"My husband booked a fishing trip last year for this month with Captain Drew Cavanaugh in New Smyrna Beach . I originally was not going to go due to I do not fish. However when Drew said there would be lots of wildlife I went. I recently started a hobby of photography so I thought this is a perfect time to get some shots in.
Wow is all I can say. I was so amazed at the birds we saw, along with manatee, dolphin, turtles... Just amazing. Such a ice town. Captain Drew was so informative on the areas as well. He clearly had been at this for many years.
